Terms of Service

Welcome to Admitify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Admitify website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”), operated by Admitify (“Admitify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Admitify

The Service is designed for students preparing for university admissions and for the schools and counselors who support them. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or your school, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Schools that license the Service do so on behalf of their students and confirm they have the authority and any necessary consents to do so.

2. What Admitify is — and what it isn't

Admitify provides AI-assisted coaching, planning tools, and information to help students through the college-application process. Our core principle is that we coach, we do not ghostwrite: our AI (“Addy”) helps you improve your own work and make your own decisions — it does not write your essays or applications for you, and you must not use it to do so.

Admitify is a guidance tool, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee admission to any school, any scholarship, any test score, or any particular outcome. AI-generated content and admissions information may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate — you are responsible for verifying deadlines, requirements, and school policies directly with the relevant institutions.

3. Academic integrity

You are solely responsible for the originality and honesty of your applications, essays, and all work you submit to any school or program. You agree to comply with the academic-integrity policies of your school and of every institution you apply to, including their rules on the use of AI. Admitify is a coach; the work — and the responsibility for it — is yours.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at hello@getadmitify.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break any law or any school's or institution's policies;
• use Addy to generate work you pass off as your own in violation of academic-integrity rules;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
• share your account, or resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Plans, billing & payment

Some features require a paid plan (for example, individual Pro or Season Pass plans, or a school license). Payments are processed by our third-party merchant of record, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Paid plans and prices are described at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel a recurring plan at any time to stop future charges.

7. Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details before purchasing.

8. Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of the content you create (your profile, drafts, essays, and other writing). Much of your content stays on your own device and is never uploaded to our servers. How we handle the limited information we do process is described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to provide the Service to you.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Admitify name, logo, “Addy,” software, and content we create, is owned by Admitify and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms are in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admitify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any admissions decision, lost opportunity, or reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Admitify harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
