Refund Policy

No refunds

Because Admitify is a digital service that gives you immediate access to AI coaching and tools, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to every plan, including individual Pro subscriptions, the Season Pass, and school licenses — whether or not the Service is used.

Try before you buy

We offer a free tier so you can experience Admitify before paying. Please use it to decide whether Admitify is right for you, since purchases cannot be refunded.

Cancelling a subscription

If you are on a recurring plan (such as monthly Pro), you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current or any prior billing period, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

School licenses

School and district licenses are non-refundable for the term purchased. Seats and terms are agreed in advance; please confirm your needs before purchasing.

Billing issues

Payments are handled by our third-party merchant of record, whose policies also apply to your transaction. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), email us at hello@getadmitify.com and we will look into it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country that cannot be waived. Where such rights apply, they prevail over this policy.
